Operating Executive, Lyra Technology Group - U.S.A.
Lyra Technology Group has recently acquired several new Operating Companies throughout the United States and needs remarkable leaders to step in as CEO. Please note that this application is for the United States, and we will reach out on your application based on location of the acquisition and your desired city/state of residency.

- Unlike typical Private Equity investments with a three-to-five-year liquidation strategy, we buy businesses and invest in them for the long-term. We believe in the value of our acquisitions and want to grow.
- We bought our companies because they already had success in the marketplace. Instead of asking them to conform to a unified platform, we allow companies to keep their team, culture and branding in place.
Your work as a C-level executive has several components:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, driving strategy and growth, setting company vision, and being accountable to the financial performance of the business.
- Build and optimize an organic growth engine.
- Manage P&L responsibilities for a multi-million-dollar business.
- Lead inorganic growth and diligence process for future acquisitions.
- Lead executive-level hiring.
This role is targeting a base compensation within the range of $150,000-$200,000 per year.
