  • Monitor KPIs across assets and identify risks and opportunities in performance;

  • Monitor sustainability metrics and ESG performance across the portfolio.

  • Conduct research on markets, sectors, operators, and macro trends to support investment theses and identify emerging opportunities and risks;

  • Support relationship management with operating partners, brokers, and other industry contacts.

What makes you unique

  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail, high integrity, and professional maturity;

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively;

What you bring

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking or a real estate investment platform;

  • Advanced financial modelling skills (DCF, LBO, debt structuring, JV waterfalls);

  • Knowledge of real estate asset classes (office, residential, industrial, retail, alternatives) and their operational characteristics;

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;

  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written;
