Backed by private equity firm MidOcean Partners, the company operates a portfolio of ten franchise brands, among them JAN-PRO (commercial cleaning), FRSTeam (restoration services), Archadeck Outdoor Living, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, Conserva Irrigation, Superior Fence & Rail, Wallaby Windows, Koala Insulation, Bumble Roofing and Canopy Lawn Care. In 2024 the platform closed 109 new franchise owners across the portfolio.
The operating model is built on shared infrastructure rather than brand-by-brand duplication.
