This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. 

We are seeking a German-speaking Marketing Manager to cover the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland & Austria) who will be responsible for executing our marketing plan and promoting our brand and investment strategies to support our business growth objectives, in both wealth and institutional channels, across the region. This role will report into the Head of Marketing, EMEA. 

The ideal candidate is someone who is: 

  • Proven in their ability to lead and complete successful marketing campaigns 

  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams 

  • Experienced in managing events, marketing campaigns and media relations 

  • Exceptionally organised with a strong focus on attention to detail 

  • Driven to achieve flawless results 

What you will do: 

  • Implement marketing campaigns to promote our brand and investment strategies across institutional investors, wholesale/wealth channels, and high-net-worth individuals 

  • Collaborate with sales/investor relations, investment specialists, and investment professionals to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals 

  • Develop and implement local conference plans, manage budgets, and track return on investment for client events and paid media 

  • Build, translate, review, and edit content for press releases, byline articles, keynote presentations, and other associated content 

  • Develop and implement PR plans, oversee media agencies, and assess Share of Voice results 

  • Track, measure, and report on the efficiency of marketing activities 

  • And other responsibilities as required 

What you bring: 

  • Experience in asset management, financial services, or private equity marketing across the DACH region 

  • Knowledge in Asset Management and/ or Private Market products/ solutions  

  • Proven experience working in global organizations and collaborating across geographies 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Native German speaker, fluent in English  

Education Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

Experience: 

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific expertise in completing marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media
