We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Cash Operations Professional to manage daily operational activities including mailbox monitoring, payment processing, and stakeholder reporting. This role offers the opportunity to track key performance indicators and support process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Mailbox and Query Management: Monitor mailboxes, triage and allocate queries to respective owners
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business processes
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare reports and distribute to banking partners
- Payment Operations: Process various payment transactions
- Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
