Top Talent LLC

Top Talent LLC is a recruiting and staffing firm focused on logistics and supply chain talent placement. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, the firm works across the full seniority range, from individual contributors to C-level executives, serving clients in freight brokerage, third-party logistics (3PL), carriers and transportation, shippers, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and supply chain technology.

The firm's stated model is relationship-first rather than transactional. It maintains long-term candidate relationships and a consultative process, and it emphasizes sector knowledge, cultural fit, and alignment with clients' business priorities. Operational objectives cited include reducing time-to-fill and enabling clients to hire with confidence, alongside proactive communication and ownership in outreach.

Top Talent reports an extensive network of transportation professionals, though it does not quantify placements, team size, founding year, or funding. Its stated position is that enduring careers, rather than short-term placements, are the metric of interest - a posture relevant to portfolio companies where management-team depth in logistics and supply chain functions is a determinant of operating performance.
