Position Overview
The Apollo Human Capital team is responsible for managing HC processes and strategic initiatives which span the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, organization planning, compensation, analytics, immigration and employee engagement.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition (“TA”) team within Human Capital, you will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Head of Talent Strategy, the COO for Human Capital and the broader recruiting team to share perspectives and insights through robust data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and KPIs to support and evolve our recruiting and hiring strategies to maximize our Talent outcomes for the firm. You will collaborate with our HC Operations and HC Technology teams to ensure consistency and alignment of data across functions and you will be responsible for assisting in crafting the recruiting narrative by utilizing large data sets, identifying trends and patterns, creating regular reports and providing recommendations to improve processes and information quality.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
