About The Portfolio Resource Group (PRG):

 

THP’s Portfolio Resource Group (PRG) consists of professionals with a diverse array of expertise across different functional areas, including strategy, finance and accounting, corporate development, capital markets, and talent management. The PRG is dedicated to managing Trinity Hunt’s value creation efforts to drive business performance and growth in partnership with portfolio company management teams. 


Position Summary:


A Consultant who can partner with the Trinity Hunt Investment Team and portfolio management teams to develop and execute on Value Creation Plan initiatives for our portfolio companies will add tremendous value to our firm. This position will be responsible for leading engagements to drive pricing strategy, operational performance improvements, corporate strategy, go-to-market improvement, and competitive research.


This position will be a valuable member of our team in a highly visible role within the organization. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Value Creation Plan initiatives for portfolio companies
  • Lead operational improvement efforts to drive profitability and growth
  • Partner with portfolio company executives to design and execute engagements
  • Facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing efforts for portfolio company executives
  • Design and implement key functional reporting tools and operational dashboards
  • Guide annual strategy and planning process to meet strategic goals of investment theses
  • Ensure effective project management for key transformational initiatives within the portfolio


Education and Experience:
  • Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate program (master’s degree preferred)
  • 2-5 years of top tier management consulting experience
