Transformation Management (TM) is evolving into Apollo’s central engine for enterprise-wide change. As Apollo continues to scale into a diversified global financial services platform, this role is critical to industrializing execution, enabling private-to-public convergence, scaling client solutions, and modernizing our operating model globally.
This position will lead the EMEA Transformation Management team and drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across strategy, operations, data, technology, and commercial execution — shifting the firm from fragmented project delivery to horizontal, KPI-driven enterprise programs.
This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strong commercial judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to influence across business units and senior stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enterprise Transformation Leadership
Lead horizontal, multi-workstream transformation programs (3–5 FTE team structure)
Translate strategic priorities into sequenced, executable roadmaps
Drive alignment across Credit, Insurance, CPS, M&A, Data, Engineering, and Innovation
Establish measurable KPIs and define success metrics at the capability level
Operating Model & Capability Design
Design and implement scalable target operating models (TOMs)
Transition execution from siloed vertical initiatives to end-to-end horizontal capabilities
Distinguish and optimize “alpha” core capabilities versus “beta” activities appropriate for outsourcing or utility models
Embed automation, AI, and digital enablement into change programs to enhance scale and efficiency
Excellence in Change Management
Apply a unified methodology to assess, prioritize, and measure change investments
Drive transparency around ROI, impact, and commercial outcomes
Standardize governance, intake, scoping, and delivery playbooks
Reduce manual processes through data-driven prioritization and automation
Strategic Execution & Commercial Impact
Support product launches, market expansion, M&A integration, and digital modernization efforts
Partner with business leaders to align transformation initiatives with revenue growth and risk mitigation
Provide forward-looking capacity modeling and resource planning
Develop executive-ready materials for Steering Committees and C-suite discussions
Talent & Team Development
Operate within TM’s scalable pyramid structure
Lead and mentor Directors and Associate Directors
Participate in Career Roundtables (CRT) and structured development frameworks
Serve as Coach or Program Sponsor for high-potential team members
Qualifications & Experience
12+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, asset management, or corporate strategy, with demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across global environments
Strong financial services acumen (credit, insurance, asset management experience preferred)

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including executive presence and the ability to drive alignment among senior leaders
Demonstrated experience leading operating model redesign, digital transformation, or enterprise change initiatives
Strong technology orientation with a focus on automation, process industrialization, and AI-enabled workflows
Human Capital transformation experience or interest a plus
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues clearly in written and verbal communication
