The Role
The
Analyst will be a key member of Cima's real estate private equity team,
supporting the full deal lifecycle across senior housing investments. The role
provides direct exposure to investing and value creation with real assets,
working alongside senior leadership on live investment and operational
decisions. We are seeking a driven candidate ready to take real ownership and
accelerate their career alongside a growing platform.The Analyst will
develop deep fluency in fund dynamics, CRE investing, and senior housing
operations.
Essential Duties
- Build and
stress-test underwriting models for real estate and business acquisitions
- Perform
asset-level and market-level due diligence
- Support the
preparation of investment materials, including offering memorandums,
investment committee memos, and investor presentations
- Assist investor
relations across capital raises, including data room preparation, LP
diligence responses, and ongoing investor reporting
- Support
portfolio-level value creation initiatives, working alongside the
operating team on business turnarounds, expense optimization, and revenue
growth strategies
- Review legal
documentation alongside counsel throughout transaction negotiation
The
role includes travel, with a strong likelihood of at least quarterly trips
supporting acquisitions, diligence, and prospecting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in accounting, economics, finance, or an adjacent quantitative
field (recent graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of experience
encouraged)
- Strong Excel
and quantitative skills; comfort building, auditing, and stress-testing
financial models
- Strong command
of Claude and/or comparable AI tools, with a demonstrated ability to
self-learn and solve unfamiliar problems independently
- Excellent
communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Benefits
The anticipated base salary range
for this position is listed below.
$60,000 - $100,000
Total compensation may also include a
discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a
broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of
relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific
