A leading Private Equity investor with a strong focus on technology investments is looking to hire an Investment Analyst or Associate (m/f/d) to join its Munich-based team.
The firm invests in technology companies across the DACH region and broader Europe, partnering closely with management teams to scale and professionalize businesses.
Tasks
- Support the execution of transactions
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and scenario analysis
- Perform commercial and financial due diligence
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
- Analyze markets, competitive landscapes, and industry trends in the tech sector
- Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Strategy Consulting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- High interest in technology-driven business models
- Structured, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
