Qualitate is an AI-native primary intelligence platform serving investment firms and enterprises, automating the primary research workflow end to end - from study design and expert recruitment through AI-moderated interviews to insight synthesis. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in New York, the company compresses research cycles that traditionally run weeks into hours, a cadence suited to the diligence timelines of private equity and credit investors evaluating fast-moving technology markets.

The company owns the full stack rather than reselling third-party capacity. Its proprietary ML data engine has been trained on over 350,000 minutes of expert discussions, and its AI Moderator runs thousands of expert interviews simultaneously each month, with each new interview said to sharpen the model. Supply is internal as well: a vetted panel of tens of thousands of experts spans hundreds of technology markets, removing the dependency on external expert networks that typically constrains turnaround and margin in primary research.

Commercial positioning is concentrated on investment management - including hedge funds, private equity, credit, and venture capital - alongside corporate strategy functions at large enterprises. The team grew from four people in April 2024 to a presence across multiple offices. Qualitate raised a $7 million seed round led by IA Ventures and Crew Capital.
