Job Description
Stone Point's internship program emphasizes an apprenticeship model, giving Summer Analysts the opportunity to work alongside our private equity professionals on sector research, financial analysis, financial modeling, business due diligence and competitive analysis.
Throughout the program, Summer Analysts will:
- Develop career-enhancing skills through hands-on experience and ongoing training
- Build a foundational understanding of investing across the capital structure and industries, including in-depth exposure to financial services, real estate, technology and healthcare
- Gain exposure to our Credit, Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Finance, and Compliance & Legal teams
- Benefit from structured training, mentorship, speaker sessions and social events that connect them with colleagues at every level of the firm
- Summer Analysts are staffed across portfolio companies, new deals, and firmwide initiatives, as well as longer-term structured projects designed to build the core skills required for the role
